So far so good on the marathon training.
Tuesday I ran 2 miles at a 10-minute mile pace.
Wednesday I was scheduled to run 3 miles, but after the first mile started to have stomach issues. I ran, then walked, between light poles and still finished the 3 miles in 38:23. Not bad considering there was about a mile of walking in there...just frustrating.
Today I ran 2 miles in 21:58.
This is the first time I have run 3 days in a row =)
It felt good but I need to remember to stay hydrated on the days I know I am running...especially as it gets warmer and more humid outside.
Rest tomorrow, and 3 miles on Saturday.
